Kerry Anne’s Reviews:
Calvin Klein Secret Obsession
The fragrance has top notes of exotic plum, mace and rose de damas; a heart of Egyptian jasmine, French orange flower and tuberose, and base notes of cashmere woods, burnt amber, Madagascan vanilla and Australian sandalwood – deeelish!
The Secret Obsession campaign has been a bit controversial. You can leave a question for Eva Mendes at the Secret Obsession Facebook page. Eva will select 5 of the questions, and then the answers will be posted on Bellasugar. They’ve used the controversy in their favour for sure. They’ve marketed this one brilliantly. I’ll back it up because I love this scent!
Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Lovers Collection

Gwen has come out with 5 new fragrances, inspired by the Harajuku shopping district in Tokyo. Each bottle of perfume is contained in a supercute doll bottle.
“Love” is a sensuous flora scent that comes in a super cute and frilly bottle.
“Lil Angel” is a fruity floral scent that comes in a sassy and sexy bottle.
“Music” is a delicate floral scent that comes in a bottle that’s tough, with an attitude!
“Baby” is a powdery musk scent that comes in a girlie and sweet bottle.
“G” is a modern gourmand that comes in a bottle that’s clearly the leader of the pack!

Intimately Beckham for Her
It came out in 2006. I just recently tried it and admittedly didn’t have high hopes for this one. I thought it would be cheap smelling. It is a nice perfume for the price. I’ve been wearing it quite a bit this summer, and think it’s worth checking out if you like a light floral. Which I usually don’t. Go figure.
Quick correction: the member of Led Zeppelin that KA’s husband saw in Toronto was Jimmy Page, not John Bonham (who died in 1980). Whoops!

ok – that was beyond hilarious (to me at least) and it made me come in from my walk to write a comment – i’m always listening to L&L out on the town and therefore never remember to enter contests and whatnot when i get back in…..
happy bday, air! and am loving all these reviews so far… sounds like i MAY be able to survive on my every other weekly favorite podcast afterall….
:)
That was yet another entertaining podcast! It really helped to boost my spirits as I’ve been having a bit of a rocky time lately.
Just wanted to add my 2 cents about the Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-puff Eye Roller. I picked one up just after hearing about it in the last podcast 2 weeks ago. I love how nice and cooling the metal ball is! I also like how quickly the formula absorbs and isn’t sticky or greasy at all. I find for my eyes, I do feel and see a bit of a difference. My eyes tend to be a bit puffy no matter how much sleep I get. I’ve read that it’s just because of how blood pools under the skin in the eye area and that caffeine actually can help to increase the circulation there and tighten it up a little bit. Not a drastic difference on the dark circles, but it does help smooth the area out a bit so I can apply some concealer and cover it up without too much of a problem. I’ll definitely buy it again and I’m so glad that you brought it up on the podcast!
I’m back in school again too, so the new schedule will probably be better for me anyway. Who wants to do accounting homework when they can listen to LG<? Not me, that’s for sure!
Lovely show as always! The Disney thing was randon but that little bit of info about what the outside of our elbow is called was HILARIOUS.
