Whole lotta lip gloss…
Lip Gloss and Laptops has now reached its 100th episode. That would be a milestone in any medium, but in podcasting it’s a big one….
I haven’t listened to the episode yet, but since I liked most of the 99 previous ones, I am sure it’ll be great. Can’t wait for my treadmill session in the evening. Congrats for a job consistently well done. Keep up the good work!
Herzlichen Glueckwunsch aus Deutschland; )
congrats ladies! and gent! thanks for all you do – it has been and will continue to be a fun ride!!!!! kudos!
Congrats!!! You both know that I’m HUGE fans and just wanted to say that I get so much more work done with you two yabbering on in the background.
xo!
Congrats! Thanks so much for all the wonderful advice.
Congratulations on your 100th episode! Love your podcast.
congratulations to lipgloss!…
The hosts are just 2 girlfriends having conversations mostly about cosmetics, but they touch into movies, current events, health and many other topics. It’s like having a conversation with your girlfriends (but they do all the talking!)….
I have to agree with Maxim magazine. As a guy, the character of “Carrie” is a conglomeration of some of the worst attibutes of a women. Annoying, drama, psychotic about relationships, and did I say drama, drama, drama. NO guy finds this sexy. Oh yeah, she also is pretty hideous looking too.
If I’m not mistaken, the maxim article was about Sarah Jessica Parker, not her character “Carrie”. Sarah Jessica Parker is an actress, and not knowing her personally, I imagine she is quite different in real life than in “Sex and the City.” And besides, how boring would “Sex and the City” be without all the drama? It’s a TV show for crying out loud.
As a woman, I disagree with Maxim, and find it cruel that they would even have such an article. I don’t believe I have ever picked up a women’s magazine that has even discussed any sort of “unsexy” man. (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong) I find it very sad that in this day and age that a “modern” men’s magazine would waste the paper to print such slanderous trash with all the problems in the world.
On a lighter note, excellent episode ladies. The last time I was in the mall I tried out the Bronze Goddess and thought it fabulous, and think I will pick it up tomorrow!
A belated congratulations on 100 episodes! I’ve been listening since the beginning and look forward to every new show. Thanks so much Kerry Anne, Airdrie and Derek for all of the work you put into it.
Looking forward to the next 100…
I love listening to both of you! Great podcast! I usually clean house, walk dogs, shop, drive and of course knit, while listening to your podcast.
Congratulations on your 100th podcast.
I always buy something that you have reviewed, but tell myself I have saved so much money by listening to your advise.
