Ponzi's Beauty Schemes

We've had requests to provide some more information on Ponzi's makeup preferences, which we discussed in our episode #6 interview, so here goes...

Cosmetics

Signature scent: Allure by Chanel

Foundation: Vincent Longo Liquid Canvas Dew Finish Radiant Glow Foundation
Powder: i.d. bareMinerals by Bare Escentuals
Blush: Nars in Lovejoy is a peach/bronze with a little sparkle

Eyebrows: Maybelline Ultra Brow Brush On Color in Light Brown with a MAC Small Angle eyebrow brush (266SE)
Eyeliner: Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner is great for almond-shaped eyes as it doesn't budge! Voted 'Best Long-Wearing Shadow or Liner' by In Style Magazine (April 2006 issue). She uses it with an Aveda Flax Sticks #4 Eye Definer brush.

Mascara: Nars Waterproof Black Orchid
Eyebrow Curler: Sephora

Lipstick: Nars Morocco or Kenya Lipliner
Lip Gloss: Smashbox in Desire...a "frosty nude"

Some of Her Other Favourite Products

Smith's Rosebud Salve for dry lips and cuticles. We love this one too. It smells nice, comes in a cool retro tin, and is a wonderful multi-purpose product that can also be used on brows, dry skin, rough elbows, and taming stray hairs. Apparently it works on diaper rashes too, but you might want to purchase a separate tin for that. Hydrating B5 Gel from Skinceuticals for the inevitable crow's feet. Ponzi has dry skin and uses coconut oil as a body moisturizer, available at Whole Foods or any natural foods store. She also applies almond oil to her face before she applies her moisturizer.
